The Making of a Resilient Mindset
Long before I was helping people build their financial futures, my life was all about the footy field. Growing up in Loxton in the South Australian Riverland, I left home at 16 to pursue a professional football career — joining West Adelaide in the SANFL and playing in a SANFL Grand Final.
The AFL was always the dream. And it came tantalisingly close — five times. I was drafted by five different AFL clubs, each time for one reason or another the stars didn't align. From injuries to business commitments, a senior AFL game was never meant to be.
But what football gave me was something more valuable than a premiership medal: resilience, discipline, and the ability to execute under pressure. Those lessons have shaped every business decision I have made since.

Then, another game-changing technology appeared on the horizon: blockchain and cryptocurrency. I was captivated by the potential of this new frontier and dedicated myself to understanding it from the inside out.
